Job summary

KEMBA is seeking a Virtual Branch Services Representative in Columbus, OH to provide sales and service support for Member-based business. You will handle inquiries, process memberships and deposits, and resolve issues with a compliant, customer-first approach.

You will also back MSRs and lending staff, contribute to sales initiatives, and maintain accurate activity reporting while meeting productivity goals and staying aligned with policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and ability to be “On Stage” for extended periods maintaining a positive attitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must adapt to quick changes in pace or workload.

Responsibilities

• Professionally service member activity related to loan and deposit services; provide accurate information for all products and services.
• Open new membership and deposit accounts.
• Own and resolve member issues by documenting, researching, and escalating as needed.
• Cross-sell alternative or additional services to fit member needs.
• Provide basic financial services advice to Members to promote financial well-being.
• Support MSRs and lending staff; assist others as needed.
• Meet or exceed service and productivity goals; report activity to management.
• Comply 100% with KEMBA policy and procedures.
