• Education: College degree in business or finance preferred.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years banking experience, including 2 years branch management.
• Skills: Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee branch operations and profitability targets.
• Lead development calls to solicit loans and deposits; build client relationships.
• Train staff on product knowledge, sales and service techniques.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures and maintain audits.
• Represent the bank in the community and manage staff performance.
