Job summary

Citadel Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the location in Philadelphia, driving sales, service excellence, and operational performance. You will coach a team, manage client relationships, and ensure branch goals are met while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will oversee daily branch operations, develop business plans, and partner with leadership to execute growth strategies in the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in internal and external Business Development skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or related 1+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a defined market business plan to increase profitability, track performance, and revise plan to optimize performance.
• Manage a book of clients, with emphasis on cross selling and deepening customers’ relationships with the credit union through outside calling.
• Manage daily operation of the branch, including operations, sales, customer service, and security in accordance with Citadel’s objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for the branch achieving its annual goals, including coaching sales staff and developing direct marketing plans.
• Assure that the office meets service excellence and integrity through ongoing communication of strategies and expectations.
• Lead staff and develop career potential; ensure training to perform standard sales and service delivery; ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions matching appropriate skill level to the job.
• Optimize resources to maximize sales generation and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of suspicious activity and ensure adherence to policies and security measures.
