Job summary

You will refer sales opportunities to the bank partner as part of a customer-centric approach, while adapting to branch needs in both transactional and sales roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year sales or customer service experience, or 6 months in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank, or participation in a FC career development program.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; frequent driving to other offices and bank customers.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship results relative to metrics and goals; engage with customers and referrals.
• Service Standards: Initiate conversations to uncover opportunities and address needs; leverage Bank initiatives and tools.
• Operations and Administration: Comply with regulations and bank policies; ensure accurate transactions and operational efficiency.
