Openkrill is seeking an Implementat ion Specialist to lead end-to-end QuickBooks Online implementations for trades and construction clients in a fully remote Philippines setting.

The role requires deep accounting knowledge, hands-on QBO experience, and the construction app stack, with AI-driven optimization as a focus. You will partner with CFOs, controllers, and field teams to tailor accounting ecosystems that fit client operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing/configuring/ administering QuickBooks Online.
• Strong accounting foundation (US GAAP) and project-based accounting.
• Experience with construction/trades contexts and related apps.

Responsabilités

• Lead full implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
• Manage multiple enterprise implementations end-to-end on time and budget.
• Architect solutions with clear design docs, diagrams and specs.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and present options to stakeholders.
• Advise on best practices for COA, job costing, WIP, progress billing and close.
• Troubleshoot, refine configurations, and ensure scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable specs.
• Demonstrate solutions and enable the client services team.
