Job summary

Supporting Strategies, a nationwide accounting outsource firm, is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a remote, full-time role that aligns with daytime business hours.

You will support multiple clients, handle accounts payable/receivable, monthly closes, and financial reporting using QuickBooks or NetSuite, with a strong emphasis on client delight and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years full-cycle accounting; 1+ year with QuickBooks/NetSuite; remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (AP, AR, close, reporting).
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable; close books monthly.
• Prepare financial reporting and analyses for clients.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely, accurate client communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold client data security.
