Job summary

Supporting Strategies is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a full-time remote position. You will provide outsourced accounting services to multiple clients, including bookkeeping, monthly close, and financial reporting.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle accounting, expertise with QuickBooks or NetSuite, and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Work hours align with 8:00 am–5:00 pm in US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or business-related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (e.g., AP/AR, monthly close, financial reporting).
• 1+ years of transactional accounting using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience in a multi-client environment preferred.
• Must be able to work during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
• Execute accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping entries, monthly close, and financial reporting.
• Onboard new client engagements per defined process.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely, clear client communication.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships within processes and budget.
