Job summary

Can-Do Windows & Doors in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking an experienced bookkeeper for hands-on bookkeeping and daily office management. You will report to the General Manager and collaborate with our outside accounting team to keep financial records accurate and projects moving.

The role requires strong QuickBooks Online skills and the ability to manage invoicing, receivables, payables and vendor payments, while maintaining clear communication with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on bookkeeping experience required.
• Strong QuickBooks Online skills, including receivables, payables and reconciliations.
• Clear communication, attention to detail and dependable follow-through.
• Construction or contractor bookkeeping experience preferred.
• JobNimbus experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QuickBooks Online records for two related companies.
• Prepare invoices, track receivables and follow up on collections.
• Enter and verify vendor bills and prepare payments for approval.
• Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Track job costs and maintain accurate customer and project records.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule sales appointments and coordinate installation schedules with our Project Manager.
• Follow up with customers after completion and request reviews.
