Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions.
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Enter and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and send customer invoices.
• Track incoming payments and outstanding balances.
• Maintain vendor accounts and process vendor invoices.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting and recordkeeping.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Track expenses by project/job.
• Maintain accurate job costing records.
• Track labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and other project-related expenses.
• Assist with construction project billing and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized documentation for vendors, subcontractors, customers, and projects.
• Prepare reports for management as requested.
• Assist with month-end accounting and financial reconciliation.
• Work closely with management to ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
