Job summary

Primient is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Black Belt, CI to lead data-driven continuous improvement initiatives within the Manufacturing Continuous Improvement team. You will mentor Green Belts, drive targeted projects, and embed sustainable efficiencies across plant operations.

Emphasis on data systems, analytics, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role requires 3+ years in CI in manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or willingness to certify, and a STEM or related

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, supply chain, business admin, or finance preferred.
• Black Belt certification or willingness to become certified is preferred.
• 3+ years in data-driven teams (manufacturing, procurement, supply chain) are required.
• 3+ years in manufacturing with decision-making responsibilities preferred.
• 3+ years leading complex CI projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to drive improvements and identify root causes.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects with plant and transactional leadership to improve efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and report KPIs; provide regular insights to sponsors and leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams through workshops and ensure execution of CI activities.
• Mentor Green Belts and project teams to build CI capabilities.
• Support Plant Operating Model implementation and ensure alignment with goals.
• Promote a safety-first culture and lead safety-improvement projects.
