Job summary

Primient is sourcing a Business Partner, Black Belt in Decatur, IL to drive continuous improvement across the organization. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, mentor Green Belts, and implement the Primient Operating Model with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a technical degree and Black Belt certification, plus experience leading CI efforts in a continuous manufacturing environment. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM, supply chain, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Experience leading Lean Six Sigma project work.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives and Lean Six Sigma projects at the plant level.
• Drive and track KPI-driven improvements and OEE enhancements.
• Mentor Green Belts and project teams in problem-solving methodologies (RCCA, FMEA).
• Develop and report performance metrics to sponsors and leadership.
• Promote a safety-first culture across the plant.
