• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead site CI projects and Kaizen events from scope through execution.
• Deploy 5S, waste elimination, and VPMS at shifts.
• Own KPI tracking and lead performance reviews on a regular cadence.
• Coach teams in CI methodologies for each problem.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and simplify data collection.
• Provide CI training and develop cost-saving tracking for teams.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to embed a CI mindset across departments.
• Drive action plans aligned with plant KPIs.
