Job summary

Pim Brands in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Performance Leader to provide leadership, coaching and performance guidance to CI engineers, driving safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale improvements across the plant.

The role partners with plant leadership to set CI strategies, KPI targets and roadmaps, and to sustain results through daily management, Lean Six Sigma pathways and change-management practices. Strong data skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial or System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or closely related field and 6+ years' experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
• Experience supporting continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting; familiarity with SOPs, work instructions, and data-driven platforms.
• Lean Six Sigma certification and proficiency with analytics tools (Minitab/JMP) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and performance guidance to Manufacturing Performance Engineers on CI best practices to improve safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale.
• Develop and align CI strategies, annual improvement plans and KPI targets with plant leadership; create roadmaps for execution and sustain results.
• Lead plant-wide CI initiatives to improve productivity, waste elimination, flow optimization and digital enablement with tools like Redzone; collaborate with SAP teams for data integration.
