Job summary

Primient is seeking a Business Partner, Black Belt to drive operational excellence across its Continuous Improvement team in the United States. You will lead and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma, champion data-driven decision making, and coordinate projects with plant leadership to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.

The role emphasizes training, deployment of CI tools, and building a safety-first culture, with a focus on OEE and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, STEM, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
• Experience leading continuous improvement in process manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects with plant leadership and engineering teams.
• Develop and report performance metrics to track project progress.
• Manage CI deployment to drive process improvement and defect reduction, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Drive OEE improvement through plant-level tools and initiatives.
• Apply data management and reporting tools for operational improvements.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma trainings (Green Belt, RCCA, FMEA, regression).
• Mentor Green Belts and project teams in Lean Six Sigma.
• Champion a safety-first culture across the plant.
