Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher required.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, supply chain, business, or finance preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred or willingness to certify.
• 3+ years experience in data-driven teams in manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects with plant and transactional leadership to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate configuration and use of data systems to drive insights.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to sponsors and leadership.
