Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a BizOps professional to be embedded in Production, driving end-to-end improvements across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and related teams. You will own projects from concept to implementation, tackle cross-functional challenges, and partner with leadership to deliver impact.

You will analyze data from ERP and HRIS, build actionable insights, and shape scalable processes that enhance quality, cost, and delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or similar.
Self-driven and proactive; you move without being told to.
Able to turn problems into solutions and iterate with feedback.
Structured thinker who can frame ambiguous scenarios clearly.
Comfortable presenting to large groups and leadership.

Responsibilities

Own operational projects end-to-end from definition to implementation.
Address hardware-software intersection: inventory, asset-tracking, manufacturing data.
Provide structure to ambiguity and lead cross-functional decision-making.
Leverage ERP/MRP/HRIS data to create insights and analytics for teams.
Perform quick analyses and build scalable long-term solutions.
Project manage stakeholders across multiple functions and channels.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting.
