Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Operations to lead our hardware production teams and scale operations for strategic military and commercial platforms.

You will drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals, mentor senior leaders, implement NPI to production transitions, and partner with cross‑functional teams to meet aggressive schedules and customer expectations.

Qualifications

7+ years in production roles, with 3+ years in a Sr. Manager/leadership position.
Experience with ERP and MES implementations.
Full understanding of product life cycle from NPI to scale production, LEAN principals, and ECOs.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings.
Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Tier 3 production reporting and set safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals across multiple teams.
Set monthly/quarterly production targets and drive performance across work centers.
Develop leadership team structure and succession planning for supervisors/managers.
Define operational direction with goals, policies, and processes; delegate execution.
Shape manufacturing policies and influence business outcomes across the department.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with senior leadership.
