Qualifications

• Experience designing high-rate manufacturing facilities and production lines.
• Proven ability to own a value chain from concept to on-time delivery.
• Experience with ERP, WMS and MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain capacity models and production ramp plans.
• Design facility layouts and production lines using CAD and simulation.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Leverage data-driven approaches to improve throughput and quality.
• Own reporting on manufacturing health and align stakeholders.
• Maintain a virtual factory model for performance assessment.
• Lead line design for low-rate and full-rate production.
