Job summary

Blue Water Thinking, LLC seeks an experienced Biomedical Engineer to manage our medical equipment program within a healthcare setting. You will ensure safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance of medical technology across the facility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hospital or healthcare experience, and strong knowledge of computer-based medical systems, networking, and healthcare standards. This role involves curriculum development, asset planning, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or CCE certification required.
• Minimum three years of healthcare-related experience or one year hospital experience.
• Experience with medical equipment management and regulatory standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive medical equipment management program compliant with healthcare standards.
• Create continuing education curriculum for safe medical technology use.
• Manage recall and safety alert programs for medical devices and related investigations.
• Lead capital asset and infrastructure planning for medical equipment.
