Qualifications

• Seven+ years of biomedical equipment service experience and leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workload and coverage for Biomedical Services staff.
• Serve as senior technical resource for complex equipment issues.
• Monitor performance, preventive maintenance, and service backlog.
• Mentor staff through onboarding, coaching, and competency development.
• Lead equipment installations, upgrades, and service campaigns.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
