Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Manager of Biomedical Services to lead operations, staffing, and service delivery across facilities. The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting, vendor coordination, and a strong focus on safety and quality in a dynamic health system environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in biomedical/healthcare technology management with supervisory experience.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive and corrective maintenance, and regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership, staffing, and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Biomedical Services operations across facilities and service lines, ensuring enterprise standards and priorities are met.
• Directly supervise Biomedical Services personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, coaching, and development.
• Plan staffing, workload, on-call, and resource allocation based on equipment complexity and clinical needs.
• Monitor performance metrics, preventive/corrective maintenance, equipment availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, Quality Mgmt System standards, CMMS documentation, and risk management.
• Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, relocations, and other projects with internal and external service partners.
