You will translate API/DS process knowledge into clinical supply readiness, oversee technology transfer, and ensure right-first-time manufacturing for diverse modalities, from synthetic to biologics, across a dynamic startup phase.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in related field with 6+ years or PhD with 2+ years experience.
• Working knowledge of organic chemistry and reaction optimization.
• Hands-on experience with analytical methods used for small molecules and biomolecules (RP-HPLC, SEC, IEX, HIC, LC-MS, CE-SDS).

Responsabilités

• Perform bioconjugation chemistry to form ADCs with antibody preparation and DAR analysis.
• Work with multiple conjugation strategies: maleimide, click, enzymatic.
• Handle highly potent molecules and containment in lab and production environments; use of single-use bioprocessing systems.
• Mentor less experienced scientists and supervise colleagues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across engineers, analytical chemists, chemical technicians, safety and QA.
• Lead tech transfer end to end from development lab to clinical/manufacturing.
