Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in biochemistry, chemical biology, conjugation chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in relevant fields.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Transfer bioconjugation processes from development labs to pilot plant operations.
• Support early‑phase cGMP manufacturing of grams to kilograms for clinical trials.
• Evaluate safety and perform process characterisation with safety and QA groups.
• Document batch records, tech transfers, and deviation reports.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
