Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with bioconjugation chemistry for ADCs.
• Experience with highly potent molecules and containment.
• Ability to generate and review batch records and tech transfers.
• Familiar with analytical methods for small molecules and biomolecules.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate transfer of chemical processes for bioconjugation to pilot plant operations.
• Support grams to kilogram scale API needs for clinical trials.
• Evaluate incoming process safety and interface with safety and engineering teams.
• Document tech transfers, SOPs, batch records, and deviation reports.
• Perform data analysis to support plant readiness and CAPAs.
