Job summary

The role focuses on transferring biologics processes from development to manufacturing, enabling early-phase cGMP API production for clinical supply, with collaboration across operations, process engineering, and quality.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biological Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of biologics upstream and/or manufacturing API experience.
• Onsite work requirement in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and facilitate transfer of biologics manufacturing processes from development labs to manufacturing operations.
• Translate process information into production-scale execution with operations and QA.
• Perform scale-down and scale-up studies to ensure plant readiness.
• Document technical transfers, SOPs, batch records, and deviation reports.
• Collaborate with teams for root cause analysis and CAPAs.
