Job summary

Serif Biomedicines in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Associate Scientist to drive bio-analytical assays for a novel DNA platform. You will work with in vitro and in vivo assays, bringing rigor, curiosity, and innovation to nucleic acid therapeutics in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

Masters or BS with 6+ years of industry experience.
Deep expertise in ex-vivo analytical assays (ELISA, MSD, qPCR, ddPCR).
Experience with multi-parameter flow cytometry and panel design.
Knowledge of nucleic acid therapeutics or LNPs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute and analyze bioassays to assess nucleic acid therapeutics in rodents and NHPs.
Develop, optimize, and execute ligand-binding assays.
Contribute to platform development with scientific input.
Communicate experimental findings orally, in writing, and visually.
Work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
