Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with mRNA/DNA cargo and LNP products.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior staff and strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead method development and qualification for nucleic acid cargo and LNP products.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical direction.
• Plan experiments, design studies, and troubleshoot analytical methods.
• Prepare protocols and reports; support regulatory filings.
