Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) seeks a BIM VDC leader to guide enterprise BIM initiatives and coordinate across multiple projects. You will oversee modeling, clash detection, and coordination to deliver constructible designs and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Progressive BIM VDC leadership experience in construction projects.
• Experience leading BIM VDC initiatives on electrical construction projects.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in a related field; BIM certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM VDC leadership and governance across projects and teams.
• Develop and enforce BIM execution plans aligned with standards.
• Oversee detailed 3D models using Revit/Navisworks and ensure clash avoidance.
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, and contractors with digital platforms.
• Support constructability reviews, planning, and cost optimization.
• Mentor BIM VDC staff and drive continuous improvement.
