Job summary

Intermountain Electric, Inc. (IME) is seeking a senior BIM VDC leader to drive standardization and innovation across multiple projects, leveraging Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM platforms.

You will oversee modeling, coordination, and project delivery while mentoring teams and advancing VDC capabilities. The role involves collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners, with occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in BIM VDC within the construction industry with leadership of project-level efforts.
• Experience leading BIM VDC initiatives on electrical construction projects.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM VDC governance and continuous improvement across projects and teams.
• Oversee detailed 3D models and clash detection using Revit/Navisworks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure integration.
• Support project delivery with planning, logistics and cost optimization.
