Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in BIM VDC tools and workflows.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Proven leadership of BIM VDC initiatives on electrical construction projects.
• Ability to mentor teammates and communicate complex concepts.
• Certifications in BIM VDC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM VDC governance and continuous improvement across projects and teams.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM execution plans aligned with standards.
• Champion BIM VDC best practices, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee detailed 3D models and clash detection using Revit/Navisworks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners for data exchange.
• Support constructability reviews, planning, and scheduling.
• Lead onboarding, training, and professional development in BIM VDC.
• Assist field layout coordination using Total Station technologies.
