Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Modeler III in San Jose to lead modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. You will supervise the modeling and documentation of projects, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to REI standards.

You will mentor staff, manage resources, and drive on-time project delivery while maintaining model quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Revit including families, views, sheets, schedules and work sharing
• Ability to lead model teams and supervise modeling and documentation
• Understanding REI BIM processes, standards and workflow

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the modeling and documentation of projects.
• Provide verbal and written direction to support staff.
• Manage project models, resources, progress, and scope/schedule/budget impacts.
• Create and maintain Electrical Revit models using backgrounds from other trades.
• Supervise layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit per REI standards.
