Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Modeler II to join the production team. You will provide modeling efforts for project delivery and standards with minimal supervision, ensuring accurate and efficient results.

You'll collaborate with the Lead Modeler, develop Revit families for project-specific needs, model and document work in accordance with REI standards, and manage progress across assigned scope. This full-time role offers growth and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred in computerized drafting.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with electrical drafting conventions and standards.
• Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing all tasks of a BIM Modeler I.
• Develop Revit Families for standards or project needs.
• Efficiently model and document the project.
• Set up Revit views, view templates, and filters per Rosendin standards.
• Lead modeling efforts on assigned scope.
• Document progress per project standards.
