Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Modeler II in Sacramento, CA, responsible for creating accurate 3-D models using Revit. This role supports the production team by ensuring modeling deliverables are produced efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years total experience with electrical symbols and drafting conventions.
• Education and relevant experience may be considered in combination.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks required of a BIM Modeler I.
• Collaborate with Lead Modeler/Supervisor to develop Revit Families.
• Efficiently model and document project data.
• Enter field details into Revit per REI standards.
• Lead modeling efforts for assigned scope.

Skills

Self-management and prioritization of multiple tasks

Proficiency in Revit

Ability to interpret 2-D plans

Knowledge of industry standard software

Experience importing documents into Revit

Strong oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with Revit work-sharing environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in Computerized Drafting
