Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a BIM Modeler III to lead modeling and documentation for electrical projects. You will supervise the modeling efforts, ensure model quality, and coordinate across trades to meet standards.

The role requires an associate or bachelor’s in CAD/Architectural Design with 5+ years’ Revit experience. You will guide staff, manage project resources, and contribute to a shareholder-owned culture with extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computerized Drafting, Architectural Design or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and drafting conventions and standards
• Capability to lead and supervise modeling and documentation of projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the modeling and documentation of projects.
• Create and maintain Electrical Revit models following REI standards.
• Provide verbal and written direction to support staff and manage project models
