Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Modeler III to lead modeling and documentation efforts for diverse projects. The role requires deep Revit expertise, the ability to supervise a production team, and coordination with multiple departments to ensure model quality and compliance with REI standards.

Responsibilities include directing staff, managing project models and schedules, and developing Electrical Revit models using trade backgrounds. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computerized drafting, architectural design or related discipline with at least 1 year in Revit.
• Minimum 5 years total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and electrical drafting conventions and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the modeling and documentation of projects.
• Provide effective verbal and written direction to support staff.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects including models, resources, progress, and impacts on scope/schedule/budget.
• Create and maintain Electrical Revit models using backgrounds from other trades following REI standards.
• Supervise layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit per REI standards.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams across multiple disciplines.
