Job summary

Rosendin Electric in Coppell, TX, seeks a BIM Modeler III to lead modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. You will supervise the production of models and drawings, maintain Revit models, and provide direction to staff across multiple disciplines.

The role requires a background in CAD/Drafting with Revit experience and strong collaboration skills to manage scope, schedule, and budgets. This position offers growth within a shareholder‑owned electrical contractor.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computerized Drafting, Architectural Design or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Revit experience.
• Minimum 5 years total experience with knowledge of electrical symbols and drafting conventions and standards.
• Education may be combined with training and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise modeling and documentation of projects.
• Create and maintain Electrical Revit models following REI standards.
• Provide clear verbal and written direction to support staff.
• Manage project models, resources, progress, and potential impacts on scope/schedule/budget.
• Coordinate with cross‑disciplinary teams across departments.
