Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a BIM Modeler III in Coppell, TX, to lead modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. This role drives the production team, creates drawings, and serves as a Model Manager.

You will supervise modeling, ensure accuracy, and align with REI standards for multiple projects. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in computerized drafting and at least five years in electrical drafting, with strong Revit, Navisworks, and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computerized Drafting or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years total experience with electrical drafting conventions.
• Ability to lead model teams and supervise modeling work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise modeling and documenting a project.
• Create project-specific families for projects you lead.
• Schedule and assign work to meet deliverable dates.
• Produce Rosendin Revit models using backgrounds from other trades.
• Coordinate with project coordinators and detailers.
• Back-check others' work for accuracy before handing off.
