Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a BIM Modeler II in San Jose to provide modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. You will join a production team delivering accurate modeling and deliverables with minimal supervision.

The role demands Revit proficiency, coordination with the lead modeler, and adherence to Rosendin standards. You will model and document efficiently, set up views/templates, and track progress while complying with confidentiality requirements and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit with ability to create/manipulate views, schedules, filters, and sheets.
• Strong self-management and communication skills; capable of turning verbal directions into constructible docs.
• Able to read 2D plans and coordinate with field details.
• Familiar with REI BIM processes and standard project workflows.
• Experience with 3D coordination and collaboration with other trades.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing all BIM Modeler I tasks and leading modeling efforts.
• Develop Revit Families for standards or project needs in collaboration with Lead Modeler.
• Model and document the project efficiently and accurately.
• Input field details into Revit per Rosendin standards and project requirements.
• Set up Revit views, templates, and filters following Rosendin standards.
• Document progress per project standards and communicate with team.
• Adhere to REI confidentiality and IP protections.
