Job summary

Arcadis in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy and execution from design through construction on high-profile projects.

You will supervise a BIM team of modellers, coordinate 3D/4D/5D workflows, ensure model quality, and align BIM processes with client end-uses and global standards. Strong leadership, communication, and automation drive are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with BIM environments and applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Aided Design, Information Management, IT or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience integrating BIM in a multi‑disciplinary environment with a team of 5+ BIM modellers.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM strategy and oversee BIM work on select projects.
• Develop and supervise project staff and processes for BIM implementation in project controls.
• Coordinate complete model life cycle development (3D, 4D, 5D) and integration.
• Review/validate construction models (including 4D/5D submittals).
• Provide technical BIM leadership and guidance on modelling processes across projects.
