Job summary

Arcadis is looking for a BIM Team Manager to support their Design and Engineering team across the United States. This hybrid role involves leading BIM standards implementation, model coordination, and staff management across various projects.

With over 15 years of experience in BIM environments, the ideal candidate will possess expertise in ACC/BIM 360 and Revit, among other tools, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management capabilities. Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments and 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Deep experience in ACC/BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement BIM standards and project templates.
• Lead ACC administration and model coordination processes.
• Recruit, develop, and manage BIM staff.
