Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Team Manager for a hybrid role based in the United States. You will support high-profile projects in the Design and Engineering team by defining project standards and leading a multidisciplinary BIM team.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in BIM environments, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in automation and process improvements. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage and significant PTO.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments, including 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with setting standards, preferably on US projects.
• Capacity to deliver quantifiable process improvements through automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement project and BIM standards for various project types.
• Lead ACC administration and establish model coordination processes.
• Recruit, develop, and manage the BIM staff and training programs.
