Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to support the Design & Engineering team from design through construction on high-profile projects. You will develop BIM strategy, oversee BIM work, and ensure quality across projects by coordinating 3D, 4D and 5D model development and integrations.

You will lead a team of BIM modellers, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with global BIM standards. This role focuses on automation and efficient delivery of project information in ACC/BIM360

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience with BIM environments and applications.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management, IT or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in integration and application of BIM in a multi-disciplinary environment managing a team of >5 BIM modellers.

Responsibilities

Develop BIM strategy and oversee BIM work on select projects.
Coordinate 3D/4D/5D model development and integration across life cycle.
Review and validate construction models, including 4D/5D submissions.
Provide technical BIM leadership at project level and mentor project teams.
Develop and maintain BIM documentation guidelines and quality control procedures.
Liaise with Country BIM leads to align with global standards & best practices.
