Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Team Manager based anywhere in the United States for a hybrid role. In this position, you will oversee the Design and Engineering team, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and improving the quality and efficiency of project deliverables.

You will lead model lifecycle integration, manage BIM staff, and report on project KPIs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in BIM environments and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role offers competitive benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments; 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Deep experience with ACC/BIM 360 and Revit.
• Demonstrated capability in automation and delivering process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define project standards and implement BIM standards.
• Lead ACC administration in the BIM environment.
• Establish model coordination processes across projects.
• Build an automation roadmap focused on delivery needs.
• Oversee model lifecycle integration for 3D/4D/5D projects.
• Recruit, develop, and manage BIM staff.
• Report monthly on BIM KPIs and deliverable status.
