Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience with BIM environments and applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management or IT or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience integrating BIM in a multi-disciplinary environment with a team of 5+ BIM modellers.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM strategy and oversee BIM work on projects.
• Supervise staff and processes for BIM implementation in project controls.
• Coordinate 3D/4D/5D model development and integration across projects.
• Review construction models and collaboration with BIM leadership.
• Provide technical BIM guidance and leadership at project level.
• Develop and maintain BIM documentation standards and QA procedures.
