Arcadis is seeking a BIM Team Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams within its North America Places Group. This hybrid role involves managing the BIM service offerings, improving quality, and delivering measurable business value across design and engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in BIM environments; 5+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM teams.
• Deep experience with BIM tools like ACC/BIM 360, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Demonstrated capability in automation and process improvements.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project standards and implement BIM standards tailored to client requirements.
• Lead ACC administration in the BIM environment.
• Establish model coordination processes across projects.
• Build an automation roadmap focused on delivery needs.
• Recruit and manage BIM staff with training and certification.
• Report monthly on BIM KPIs and deliverable status.
