Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to support the Design & Engineering team through design to construction, delivering BIM management services aligned with client needs. You will drive BIM strategy, supervise BIM work on projects, and ensure quality across lifecycles.

You will provide technical BIM leadership, mentor staff, coordinate 3D/4D/5D processes, and enforce BIM standards across programs to maximize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience with BIM environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading a team of BIM modellers (5+ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM strategy and oversee BIM work on select projects.
• Coordinate complete model lifecycle development (3D/4D/5D) and integration.
• Review and validate construction models (4D/5D) and support reporting.
• Provide technical BIM leadership and coaching to project teams.
• Maintain BIM documentation guidelines and ensure global alignment.
