Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to support the Design & Engineering team as projects progress from design to construction. This role focuses on BIM strategy, governance, and ensuring high-quality model delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will lead a BIM-enabled approach, coordinate schedules, and mentor modellers while aligning with client end-uses and global BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience with BIM environments and applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience leading a BIM team of 5+ modellers.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM strategy and oversee BIM work on selected projects.
• Supervise staff and processes for BIM implementation.
• Coordinate complete model life cycle (3D/4D/5D) and validation.
• Provide technical BIM leadership at project level and ensure client end-use alignment.
• Review progress and clash reports using BIM360/ACC; drive automation initiatives.
