Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. is seeking a BIM Manager (Finance) to support the Design & Engineering team from design through construction on high-profile projects. You will develop BIM strategy, ensure quality, and lead a team across multi-disciplinary efforts.

Standards, model lifecycles, and coordination across BIM platforms will be central, with close collaboration with leadership and project teams to deliver accurate visualizations and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience with BIM environments and applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CAD, Information Management, IT or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years leading a BIM modellers team of 5+ members.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM strategy and ensure BIM quality across projects.
• Lead and supervise BIM project staff and processes.
• Coordinate 3D/4D/5D model lifecycles and integrations.
• Review and validate construction models and submittals.
• Provide technical BIM leadership at project level and guide processes.
• Support estimates input and oversee technical resources.
