Job summary

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. seeks a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC execution on large construction projects, with an immediate focus on a major data center initiative.

You will act as a technical lead and project coordinator, driving model delivery, coordination, and standards across internal and external teams. You will mentor the BIM team, develop in-house capabilities, and ensure on-site readiness during the initial 2–6 month startup, while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and field

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of BIM/VDC experience.
• Proficient with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Inventor.
• Experience working for contractors on construction projects.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• 3+ years of leadership experience; mentoring staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as internal BIM lead and project manager for major projects.
• Lead and coordinate multi-discipline BIM models and clash detection.
• Manage internal BIM staff and external subconsultants (20–30 technicians).
• Establish and improve BIM standards, templates, workflows, and BEPs.
• Perform model QA/QC and support milestone deliverables.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with project teams to ensure constructability.
• Provide ongoing BIM mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
• Support data center construction projects and on-site startup activities.
