Job summary

Mi-Tech, part of the Michels Family of Companies, is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC execution on major projects, including a data center initiative. You will serve as technical lead and project coordinator, managing models, driving coordination, and mentoring staff.

This on-site role requires 8–10+ years BIM experience, leadership skills, and travel readiness. You will help evolve Mi-Tech's BIM capabilities, develop standards, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years BIM/VDC experience.
• Experience leading BIM on large construction projects.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC execution on major construction projects.
• Coordinate multi-discipline BIM models and clash detection.
• Manage internal BIM staff and external subconsultants.
• Develop BIM standards, templates, and BEP documentation.
• Build and mentor an in-house BIM team.
